Japanese pop artist Aina The End has dropped her third studio album, ‘RUBY POP’, released November 27, 2024. With her natural husky voice and emotionally expressive style, Aina The End has graced the covers of countless fashion magazines and media sites, and now returns with her first new album in three years.

Each song on the album sparkles with its own unique shine, and each has its own individual expressive sense, making this an album that charts the path she has traveled these past three years.

Lead song ‘Poppin’ Run' is a light track with a catchy melody cut through with Aina The End's trademark expressive delivery, a perfect song for a positivity boost. The lyrics are based on Aina The End's own personal experience, with lines that translate as “We live life by interacting with others, getting hurt and hurting them”.

Aina The End profile

Aina The End began her music career in 2015 as a member of the instrument-free punk band BiSH, who made their major-label debut the following year. In 2021 she took her first steps as a solo artist with the release of her first album ‘THE END’, for which she composed all of the music and lyrics herself. When BiSH tragically disbanded in June 2023, Aina The End threw herself into her solo career.

In January 2024, she wrote the theme song ‘Takaramono’ for the Shunji Iwai, for which she won numerous prestigious awards. Tickets for her solo tour Grow The Sunset held in March 2024 and her first performance at the Nippon Budokan titled ENDROLL both sold out.

Aina The End's third solo album ‘RUBY POP’ was announced for release on November 27. She will the release of her first new album in three years with her first ever overseas solo performance in Taiwan in December, while her HARINEZUMI SMILE tour is scheduled to visit eight cities across Japan from January 2025.
