Oban Star-Racers Anime Sequel/Spinoff 'Seriously Considered'

Savin Yeatman-Eiffel, co-director on the original anime, posted a concept illustration (seen below) for the potential project. Romain noted that the image represented how he "imagined the characters a few years later."
The original anime, a co-production between French animation studio Shout! Factory released the series on DVD in 2008.
Sav! The World Productions debuted the Franco-Japanese The 2 Queens trans-media project in 2013.
