Spinoff PC game was first new game in franchise in 7 years
The official website for Ys Net, the developer of the Sunsoft originally released the game in Japan in December 2010 for the Mobage mobile social gaming platform.
The spinoff game was the first new release for the Shenmue Yū Suzuki, and Suzuki had produced and directed the title.
