Capcom's Sengoku Basara Gets All-Female Takarazuka Musical

1st stage musical of warring-states video game premieres next summer
Takarazuka Revue Company. The games are loosely based around the historical figures from the warring-states period of feudal Japan. The Sengoku Basara official website updated with the news on Friday, after accidentally posting a headline revealing the news on Wednesday.
Actresses Tomu Ranju and Hana Ranno will star in the lead roles. Kei Suzuki (Ace Attorney musicals) is both writing and directing the musical, which will run at the Tōkyū Theatre Orb from June 15 to July 1, 2013.
CAPCOM's Sengoku Basara games have sold 3.2 million copies since 2005. They spawning two compilation films this month.
