Haikyu's Hinata Takes on Shin Godzilla

Can Weekly Shonen Jump. In this version, Hinata isn't so small and is instead being "piloted" by the team's setter, Kageyama. Furudate has previously produced action and spy movie poster style illustrations.

Furudate also confessed that he is a fan of the Godzilla film series. He wrote in the issue's table of contents comment section, "They said it was OK to draw Godzilla, so I drew it! Thanks! Unmanned train bomb!!" [Train bombs were used to fight Godzilla in the film].

The illustration will also be on display at the Makuhari Messe on December 17-18.

Manga artists and popular illustrators have come out of the woodwork to show their love of Godzilla. Manga artist contributed artwork for the film.
