Gundam Plastic Model Tree to Rise in Akihabara (Updated)

Amuro's voice Tohru Furuya to light 5-meter tree made of 60+ plastic models
Not-So-Daily Link of the Day: A "Sony PSP portable console on the same day. Mainichi Shimbun paper's website posted a mockup image of what the tree will look like.
The tree will be illuminated in Gundam's signature colors of red, blue, and white. voice actor of the first Gundam anime's main character Amuro Ray, will man the switch to light the tree on December 3. The first 100 people who buy the PSP game can take a photograph with Furuya.
Furuya was visited the statue by the time it officially closed on August 30.
