Ponyo Ranks #3 BD, #4 DVD in First Week

During its first week of sales, Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea ranked #3 in Blu-Ray Disc sales and #4 in DVD sales in the United States. The film ranked #3 in overall sales, and also ranked #19 in video rentals for the week. 34% of the total unit sales of Ponyo were Blu-ray.

Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea was ranked #1 during its first week of sales in December, with the Blu-Ray Special Keepsake Edition ranking at #2 during the same week.
