Summer Wars & Akira in Vancouver, Ghibli in Amsterdam (Updated)

The Rio Theatre in Vancouver, British Columbia will Katsuhiro Ōtomo's 1988 anime film Akira as a double feature on February 25. ission is C$10 per movie or C$15 for both, and doors open at 7 p.m. PST.
Melkweg, a concert and film venue in Amsterdam, Netherlands, will hold a Whisper of the Heart. During this time frame, Melkweg will also host screenings of Summer Wars, which opened at the venue on February 12.
Last October, the 5th International Rome Film Festival hosted another Studio Ghibli retrospective in Italy.
