Lucent Pictures Makes Japan/U.S. Animated 'Project Alpha'

The Japanese government reported on this year's recipients of a fund to international film productions. One 50,000,000-yen ($500,000) recipient is "Project Alpha," a tentatively titled t-Japan/U.S. animated work from Production I.G.
